Job description

  • Promptly detect and warn problems, cases of non-compliance with the Company's rules, regulations, procedures and law provisions. Proposing effective handling solutions.
  • Performing the work of salary calculation, individual tax code registration, Dependents for the whole company.
  • Participate in building regulations and policies on wages, product salaries, bonuses, remuneration - welfare.
  • Carry out the work of social insurance, health insurance, trade union for the whole company system.
  • Directly answer questions and complaints about wages, bonuses and benefits for employees.
  • Perform monthly labor declaration, build - register payroll scale and other procedures from time to time in accordance with the law to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of the District.
  • Carrying out of documents storage and monthly reporting for head & BOD as required.
  • Comments, drafting processes and regulations related to C&B operations and company policies.
  • Recruitment.
  • Other works assigned by head or BOD.

General Requires

  • Graduated from University specializing in University Human Resource Management, Labor Wages, Law.
  • Knowledge:
    • Updated knowledge of labor law.
    • Knowledge & information on updates about the benefit for labor.
  • Work independently; Jobs Management & planning.
  • Negotiating & Communicating skills.
  • Skills to recognize human appearance.
  • At least 3 years.
